*We Are Hiring \| Product Manager, Enterprise AI Platform \| Bengaluru *
*About ReN3 *
ReN3 is a sovereign AI platform for the enterprise, built to unify an organization's knowledge and let teams execute AI-powered work under strict governance and access control. The platform runs in air-gapped, private-cloud, or other sovereign environments, so sensitive data never leaves the client's own infrastructure. ReN3 works with government, banking and financial services, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, and construction clients, and partners with major infrastructure and cloud providers on deployment.
*About the Role *
As a Product Manager, you will own a product area from start to finish: the customer problem, the spec, the build, the eval, the release and adoption. You will work directly with engineers, the field team and customers. You create your own path, even when there’s no roadmap to follow, and stand confidently by the choices you make.
*Key Responsibilities *
* Examples: agents and workflows, knowledge ingestion and search, or admin and governance.
* Join customer calls, read RFPs and field requests, and decide what to build, what to defer and what to refuse.
* Your specs cover acceptance criteria, edge cases, permission rules, empty states and failure states. They should be clear enough for a coding agent to build from and for an engineer to review against.
* Use coding agents to make prototypes, internal tools, scripts and small product fixes. Opening a PR for a copy change or a UI tweak is part of the job.
* Build eval sets and golden prompts. Measure answer quality, latency and cost. Make ship or no-ship calls from data, not from a good demo.
* Prioritise, cut scope, write release notes, and equip the field team to sell, deploy and support what shipped.
* Know which features customers use, which they don't and why.
*What We're Looking For *
* , at least 2 of them on B2B SaaS, developer or platform products. Engineers and founders who moved into product are welcome.
* You have shipped something real, mostly built with coding agents: a prototype, an internal tool or a side project. You can show it and explain where the agent went wrong.
* retrieval (RAG), tool calling, context limits, hallucination and evals. You know why a demo that works 8 times out of 10 is not yet a product.
* . Take initiative, solve problems, deliver results, adapt quickly, and own your outcomes.
* Short specs, crisp decisions, no filler.
* SSO, roles and permissions, audit logs, data residency and security questionnaires.
